For the registration at land registry office with all taxes and fees, you have to reckon
with approximately 3,5 % of the fixed selling-price! *
*The selling-price that is registered at land registry office (unit value), is usually below
the factual selling-price! This value is fixed by the town! This is basis for all other taxes and fees.
